Yellow/orange color indicates that the car is due for service & the red color indicates that it’s overdue +.

Overdue services are covered for vehicles that has a valid Vehicle Service Contract.*

What is the process of extending the warranty on my car or buying a service package?

All you have to do is send us an email with your contact number on bmwinquiries@ak.com.jo or contact our Service Center at 065803080 and our team will take your warranty extension forward.

What's the procedure for accident repairs?

The procedure of repairing your BMW depends on the severity of the accident.

1. For cars with minor accidents: 
First, we recommend that you check your insurance repairs (claims & coverage) together with the police report then book a repair appointment with the Service Center for inspection.

2. For cars with major accidents: 
It is advisable to finalize legal issues with the police department together with the insurance claims, and then have the car towed to the Service Center without any pre-bookings or appointments.

Where can I find the VIN/Registration Number?

The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), also known as the chassis number, is usually visible on the bottom right corner of the windscreen. If not, you will find it on the back side of the vehicle registration card.
